My path began in the skilled trades, where I learned building technology from the ground up. Those years taught me two things: to truly understand systems, and that quality is not a coincidence but an attitude.

Later, as a technical lecturer and project manager in industry, I passed on knowledge: trained hundreds of professionals, led events, and helped train an AI system in drinking water technology back in 2019, long before AI became a buzzword. The expert-level precision from that time is my quality benchmark today.

Since early 2026 I have been consistently realigning myself: digitalization, project management and AI. Not as a break, but as a logical continuation. Because anyone who has once built deep specialization knows how to reach it again.

The Funnel
Principle.

High performance does not come from pressure, but from protection. My role has two sides, and both are chosen deliberately.

I intercept the outside world before it reaches the team. I hold the decisive conversations, defend the project, manage stakeholders and separate the mission goal from personal interests. Sensitivities stay outside. Hard decisions get made, not postponed.

Within the team I keep an eye and an ear on every individual. I coach, keep people at their peak or guide them there first. Not a technician at the center, but the frame in which focus emerges. The result: teams that deliver with absolute concentration.
